MMS/MBA ADMISSION 2010-11

 

Documents Required at the time of Admission :

 

The candidates reporting for admission should have the following certificates in ORIGINAL and TWO ATTESTED ZEROX  COPIES of the same at the time of reporting as per the allotment given through CAP :

 

The following documents are to be attached alongwith the admission form :-

 

     1. Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the Candidate.  (Certificate of Indian Nationality is part of the Domicile certificate, which is issued by the Tahsildar / Executive Magistrate / Dy. Collector of the concerned district/Taluka.  In lieu of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” following certificates/documents will also be acceptable –

  

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·    <!--[endif]-->The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·    <!--[endif]-->Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·    <!--[endif]-->Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India

 

2.   Statement of Marks of HSC and SSC

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.     <!--[endif]-->Statement of Marks of the Bachelor’s Degree Examination (i.e. the qualifying degree examination) in case the candidate has passed the Bachelor’s Degree Examination (candidates who have appeared for final year degree examination have time limit up to 25th September, 2010 to produce the same).  Candidate have to bring all the Semester mark-sheets.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.     <!--[endif]-->Certificates in Proforma A, B, C, D, E, F, if applicable.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->6.     <!--[endif]-->Two  passport size photographs. (one is to be pasted in the admission form and the other of I-Card)

 7.     <!--[endif]-->Original CET score card and allotment letter.

<!--[if !supportLists]--> 8.     <!--[endif]-->The Physically Handicapped Candidates shall produce a certificate in the prescribed Proforma ‘F’, from the Director, All India Institute of Physically Handicapped, Mumbai or Civil Surgeon, regarding his or her physical disability, and ability to undergo all parts of syllabus for the normal course.


FOR CANDIDATES BELONGING TO THE RESERVED CATEGORY:

<!--[if !supportLists]-->1.     <!--[endif]-->In addition to the above documents, candidates belonging to the Backward Classes should attach alongwith the Admission Form the following documents:-

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·   <!--[endif]-->“Caste Certificate” in the name of the candidate issued by the Executive Magistrate / Metropolitan Magistrate in Maharashtra State clearly mentioning the category of the candidate and also the remark that the caste is considered as Backward Class in the State of Maharashtra.   Failing which the candidate will lose the claim for seat allotted on the basis of reservation.

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·   <!--[endif]-->Caste / Tribe Validity Certificate (Candidates belonging to SC, ST, VJ/DT, NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), SBC and OBC category are required to produce Caste Validity Certificate at the time of admission.  However, candidates who are unable to produce the caste validity certificate may produce the same on or before 30th November, 2009, such candidates will be admitted on provisional basis.  If the candidate fails to submit the required Caste Validity Certificate upto 30th November, 2009, then the admission of such candidates shall be automatically cancelled.

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·   <!--[endif]-->Candidates who are unable to produce Caste Validity Certificate are required to submit an Undertaking as per  Proforma H.  (In case the candidate fails to produce the caste validity then the admission secured by the candidate shall be cancelled.  Such candidate will be required to pay the complete fees of one academic year to the respective college. 

 

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·   <!--[endif]-->Candidates belonging to VJ, NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D),  OBC and SBC categories should produce “Non Creamy Layer Certificate” issued by Sub Divisional Officer / Deputy Collector of the district in addition to the caste certificate.   The “Non Creamy Layer Certificate” must be valid upto 31st March, 2011.

Candidates belonging to the Reserved Category  SC/ST/DT/VJ/NT1/NT2/NT3/OBC/SBC and who do not wish to apply for Freeship / Scholarship will have to pay the full fees and given an undertaking on a Stamp Paper of Rs.100/- that though they belong to the Reserved Category and have got admission under the Reserved Category, does not wish to apply for Freeship / Scholarship and will pay the full fees as applicable.
